ILVAC works in comjuction with the Indian Lake Volunteer Fire Department on all rescue operation, motor vehicle accidents, and responds as aid to all fire calls. This includes but is not limiter to rescues on Mountains, Moose River Recreational Area, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, water rescues, ice rescues and helicoptor intercepts. We are proud to have our fellow volunteer firemen by our side in any emergancy situation. They are equipped with ATV's, snowmobiles, rescue sleds and whatever may be needed in the event of a rescue emergency. ILVAC is equipped with helmets, special backpacks and Advanced Life Support packs for our responding techs. The Indian Lake Volunteer Fire Department Rescue Van is equipped with and materials that may be necessary in the event both our ambulances are in service and can stand-by for us as our back up transport rig if necessary.
